Queries relating to health problems, repeat prescriptions, or other administrative requests, can be submitted between the hours of 07:30 and 18:30 (Monday to Friday) using our online system. You can access this by clicking here.

If you have a minor ailment, you can also contact a local pharmacy, who may be able to offer advice and treatment. If necessary, they will refer you to another appropriate service (such as ourselves, an optician, etc.).

You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.

  • you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
  • you need health information or reassurance about what to do next
