BiƖƖy, Jade, Rita, Ryan, Sue, Gemma, Sam, Jorgia, Nikita and Sophie. Our receptionists work across both sites, and are there to help our patients.
Our reception staff act at all times in accordance with policies set by the doctors. They will ask for a brief explanation of your problem which will enable them to direct you to the right person for advice or offer you the most suitable appointment. Our receptionists can sometimes tell you standard self-care advice that has been provided by the doctors for very common problems which may not require an appointment.
