Please be aware that we are triaging all calls to mitigate the risks associated with potentially infected patients attending the Practice. Patients will then get a telephone consultation with a GP or Nurse Practitioner.
Some Nurse and HCA appointments are still going ahead but all patients will be screened either by a text message or phone prior to their appointment.
We would also encourage you to use Engage Consult as we are experiencing a high volume of calls.
Please do not attend the practice unless you have an appointment.
Prescriptions will not be taken over the desk. You will need to order them via Patient Access or on the telephone.
To help ease the pressure the prescription line is open from 10.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. All patients will need to provide the name of a nominated pharmacy so that their prescriptions can be sent directly to the chemist. The collection of prescriptions from the surgery has also been suspended for the time being.
We appreciate that you may experience difficulties in getting through on the telephones but please bear with us at this very difficult time. We are all under immense pressure trying to keep our patients and staff fit, well and healthy.
